Common questions
- Do I own the site?
- Yes. The domain is in your name and the site is yours. If you ever want to leave, you get it all, plus help moving it.
- What does it cost after the first year?
- A small yearly fee covers hosting, the domain, security, and changes. Your quote shows it before we start. Cancel at least 30 days before renewal and the site and domain stay yours.
- How long does it take?
- A website is about two weeks from the day you say go, once photos and your hours are in. An app depends on what it has to do, and you'll know the timeline before work starts.
- Do I need to know anything about computers?
- No. You never have to log into anything. When something needs to change, send a note and it gets changed.
- I already have a website. Is that a problem?
- No. Sometimes an old site needs replacing and sometimes it just needs fixing.
- Can I get email at my own address?
- Yes: yourname@yourbusiness.com, set up as part of the build.
